Man charged with vehicle thefts in Gorleston and Burgh Castle

Following enquiries into a number of reported vehicle thefts that occurred in Gorleston and Burgh Castle between the 11 and 12 October 2026, officers have charged a man.

A 19-year-old has been charged with two counts of motor vehicle theft, two counts of criminal damage, attempted theft of motor vehicle, burglary, theft, and possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis.

He was remanded into custody by officers, to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday 21 October 2026).
